Fonzie's motorcycle is a 500cc Triumph TR5 Trophy.
It was never a Harley or BSA or Suzuki (I have no idea why that was even considered). This was found on the website posted below.

Originally, it was an old Harley.
After a few shows, it changed to a Triumph, as the Harley was too big (heavy) for him to control in real life.
I recall the later shows, the Triumph he was shown with was really too new to be for that era, as the pre '62 Triumphs had a separate engine and transmission, while the later '63 and up had a "unit" (engine and transmission in one piece, or a "unit") construction.

Triumph, the beginning of the show was the only time he rode because he is afraid of motorcycling. The other times he had a double riding the motorcyle.
