I hate where I live there is like NO nightlife here in columbia, sc. Everything closes at 10 or 11 and the few clubs we do have suck. I CANT wait to move!

Move to Reno. It is a 24 HOUR drinking, gambling, dining, clubing, night-life, party-town.
Heard Vegas is the same but bigger, freakier, "naughtier"....
(lived in California for a while. It sucked. Always seemed like I had barely just arrived and suddenly it's last call before I finish my 2nd drink. Couldn't even buy alcohol in a store to take home after 11pm or something like that.

I do. everything closes at about 5:00 or 6:00, except for the grocery stores and the bars. There is hardly anything to do in my town anyways, though, except for a movie theater and a bowling alley.

Our town is dead at night. There are a couple of bars along the main drag, but other than that, there's nothing. We pass through there on our way to an even tinier town that actually HAS a personality.

yep. our walmart used to close at 10, and it was the biggest deal when it went 24 hours. now, if you want to go anywhere after 10pm, you have to go to walmart, kroger, or steak-n-shake. yep....
