This shouldn't be too difficult. Go to any GNC or "natural" health food store in your area...all areas have them. Be aware though that you will be spending a lot of money needlessly since these products do not work.
Your height is predetermined by genetics. You can stunt it by improper diet but there is nothing you can do to be taller without medical intervention. A doctor will not intervene unless you will be of greatly less than normal height. However, all is not lost if you are under 21...since a male will continue to grow until age 21.

I am not sure, but to possibly help your search if you cant find Krav Maga go join an Ed Parker American Kenpo club. The Krav Maga people will deny this but Krav Maga is pretty much American Kenpo renamed in whatever language they speak in Isreal. Some minor adjustments were made.
