Is the character Nicolas Newman off the show permantly or will the mystery of whether or not he died remain open?

they found no body so i assume nick is alive but hurt.also the guy who plays nick (joshua morrow ) just signed a 5 year contract.i hope that he will still be nick not another character that would suck i also think dru will come back also- no body i think she is alive and hurt but she will be back too.good luck.

if you read the trash in the line at the store it said that his contract was up and that they would not be renewing his contract . but i will point this out the plane when down in water and shrone lived they have not found his body He can come back LOL

I don't think he's dead because they didn't find his body. I was hoping he was going to show up for his funeral. I'm sure he's coming back.

no he is not. he is in the process of renewing his contract so they deceided to kill him off for the time being
