yep, sounds like a town where weirdos wearing those Jason masks dwell and chase tourists into the dark forests in their spare time for entertainment.

absolutely not! You´ve got stop lights and a middle school and a post office.
My one-horse town can beat up your one-horse town any day!
Here´s what we got..no stoplights..1 VERY plain restaurant (new), 3 churches within shouting distance of each other, no bars, 1 gas station (new; no shop), 1 elementary school, no library, no post office (closed a couple years ago). We´ve also got a body shop, a convenience store (which is not the gas station), a Masonic Lodge and a volunteer fire station. The funeral home closed many years ago.
There´s one-horse-er towns in the area...

A couple good "mom and pop" restaurants, 3 stop lights, 6 pizza places, 6 bars, 8 gas stations, 3 schools, 1 L, 1 PO, Chruch? and one Fantasies. Pretty much surrounded by wilderness. What do you think I'm doing here?

No. A one horse town qualifies in my mind as:
1 4-way stop
1 gas station that sells more bait than gas
That's it.
I can show you zillions of these in the Missouri Ozarks

..Wow.. bigger than my town... you have:

Stoplights
a Restaurant
more than one church
a bar
a gas station
no school (all out of town)
no library (run out of the next town's middle school)
and a real post office....

Nope... I'd say that's at least a ten horse town... Although the main mode of transport in my town does happen to be horse...

Gee I live in a town without a stoplight. We have a blinking yellow light, that's all. But we have a pizza restaurant that is the best EVER!! I love it here.
