I have tried pulling them up and sprying them with roundup and spectricide, but they just come back right away!

I have been using Roundup All Season Long with good results.

Oh please don't use 'roundup' or any of the other super herbicides. This stuff is absolutely assassinating the natural balance of our ecosystem. Get one of those "stomp on it" kind of weed pullers. It'll get the weed root and all and, after sustained use, will seriously reduce the amount of weeds that you have. That and, in the fall, use an ORGANIC pre-emergent weed inhibitor. next season will start off with far, far fewer weeds. In the spring, start mowing earlier in the season.....to cut off what dandelions that you do have, BEFORE they go to seed.

if you are using a weed killer and they are coming back within a few days you might be mixing it to weak try mixing it a little stronger that should help and make sure that it doesn't rain at least 24hours after you spray
