I am a rookie(4mos.).win2000pro, taskbar was up the right side of screen today. Picture Gear was the last program i was exploring;learning how to use. Help!

Right click first on the Taskbar Left click on Properties. Just Make sure Lock taskbar is unchecked.

Then click on the taskbar, you can hold and drag it on your preferred location.

Click and hold the left mouse button in the taskbar area (not the start button itself) and drag it down to the bottom of the screen. It should fix the problem!

Think you can right click the taskbar and "un lock it".
Then you hold it (left mouse button) and drag it down.

Right click in the task bar and make sure it is unlocked. Then, with the curser in the task bar, hold the left mouse button down and drag the task bar to where you want it.

click on the middle of the taskbar and drag it down to the bottom the your screen.

if you have some programs running minimize them or exit them.

right click make sure the lock toolbar is not checked,then really all you do is click on the toolbar then put your arrow at the bottom and click again it should just move.I am pretty new at this too and I was really mad when feind showed me this cause i tried everything!!!!
