What is the meaning of "Blum, Blum"? QUICKLY HELP ME!!!?

Okay so anyway i was walking through my house, when i looked outside and heard a little kid scream "BLUM BLUM!" the child was old enough to speak clear english, and is one of the smartist kids on my block. He has 5 different dictionarys!! I looked up the meaning of "blum" and then "blum blum" and came up with nothing. What in the world does this phrase mean?????

He was probably trying to say, "ba-rrrum ba-rrrum!", but just garbled it.
