Don't sign anything until you get a lawyer, then work through the lawyers to work out child support, custody and any visitation. You can not keep him from seeing his son unless you can prove he is unfit to have vistitation. And don't forget that if he retires from the Marines, you rate part of that retirement.

Definitely get an attorney. If you can prove he was cheating on you - since he is in the service you can get alimony (atleast thats how it is in the AF) Once you have an attorney they should be able to help you with the child support, etc. Cheating while in service has some bigger penalties and depending on your current situation you may benefit greatly from pursing that issue as well as the divorce and child support.

The problem is between you and your husband
and the son needs you both still in his life. You can
get a lawyer and have supervised visitations by
telling how he left you and your son for three yrs
and you feel supervised visitation is best for
your son. As for him not being able to see your
son probably will not happen unless he is a threat
to you or your son and you have proof. Good luck.

You need to get a lawyer and file an answer and counterclaim.
If you do not respond within a certain amount of time he will win the divorce by default. You don't want that.

You can't. You also need to talk to a lawyer. Also, I know that your husband hurt you when he left, but it's not fair to keep your son from seeing his father.
