he isn't banned.
an incident occured during a panic at the disco's tour on august 2006 in england, when an audience threw a water bottle hitting his left eye knocking brendon urie out. he was just seconds in playing their first song, the only difference between....brendon was knocked out for at least ten minutes and the roadies and the banned surrounded him, but the banned had to go backstage just in case they get hurt. jon walker stopped playing first then ryan ross. brednon got up and started again and jokingly said,"let's try my right eye". while performing people can see that his left side is swollen.

i heard that someone threw a beer bottle at his head and he was knocked out for like half the show, but then he got back up and continued as if nothing had happened.freaken hot man!
