I heard Cottage...now that sounds like a wonderful yet small house for vacation. For 35.000 is probably pretty run down...I'm just guessing here. You also said no water...I think electricity is in place then. I dont know...depends how much run down is it. More infos maybe?

You are not providing sufficient information. What is this cottage like ? Is it garden shed size, or actually decent ? Running water and utilities, or just a bare bones structure? If you elaborate a bit more, perhaps you will get more responses.

I can't tell you if it's worth, it but i can just say that I grew up in Bethlehem, ct and its a great small town.
