clearence =]] lol.
thats about everything you can get at those stores for $20
even in the clearence though, you can't get anything formalish.
go to like platos closet or something if you can't afford anything

that could work. its under budget and not that formal but its better than nothing.
polos usually do teh trick and they are like 30 on clearence at A&F

You may need to go to Dillards and see what they have on sale. Look for a long sleeve button up with a collar. If you get hot you can roll your sleeves up a little and it will still look nice. =-)

Go to any clothing or department store you like, especially if you know they are having a sale.
Buy a long sleeved shirt in a color that flatters [ brights or jewel tone ] - try it on! Can be stripes - that would look great!
