Marijuana is not legal for just everyone. One has to be sick to get legal. If one is legal to grow it is because they are a "legal caregiver" for those who are sick and for some reason unable to grow there own, BTW we need "caregivers" BAD!!
Those who are these caregivers have regulations they have to abide by and if not legal to use themselves they can get busted for using!
I feel federally when we get little Bush out of office whomever takes over hopefully will over turn the decision old man Bush did to make this federally illegal (the federal government still is growing marijuana, so to me this means they are hypocrites).
It is on a state level now. More and more states are making it legal and there are a lot of MMJ users now!!!!!
It is becoming very common within the sick and hurting community, give it several more years to be legal for all, like alcohol...

This will never become legal until the government can figure a fool proof method of control and taxation, then maybe with enough pay-offs, it might happen.
As far as some states allowing the growing and usage of the product, it is still against the federal law for either to take place, so beware.

For sure. Once the government figures out the money they can make by taxing marijuana, it'll be legal or decriminalized. Its pretty ridiculous......anyone who thinks that ANY government is winning the "war on drugs" is sadly mistaken.
To quote the great Peter Tosh, "Legalize it, don't criticize it".

Marijuana is probably the most popular recreational drug right now. People like to use the lame *** excuse of it killing your brain but it is a crock. Alcohol is legal, can do damage to your organs, and kill you. Marijuana never did any of that. So what, it kills a few brain cell, well so does elevated testosterone. My point is this, the government could legalize it, but like the other person said, they make too much money off of it being illegal. The government is using it's own laws for their own benefits. Go figure...

the big problem is 20 out of 21 pleading guilty at first court appearance [or doing plea deals
they cant prove a plant is a drug
before a jury
test the system [its pure lie , taxonomic falicy ,put the court cost into the eqasion , incarceration costs , policing costs ., the wasted research dollars trying to prove a lie
[see the lie of asfixiating monkeys taped into gas masks for 5 minutes with no air [just to get brain damage [from assphixiation NOT hemp]
[trial by jury , [advise the jury of thier right to judge ''the crime'' and the law
note that a plant in the ground is a legal; fixture [police removing it turn it into a fungable [ie a tradable ciommodity ][but it was never in your possesion ,in the ground it belongs to the land ,we cant own land we can buy the improvements , bur not that affixed to it ,thus it cant be possesed [a fuxture is part of the land] yet those who dont know law plead guilty of possesing it
lawyers are cleaning up in decieving people to plead guilty but a lawyer [all lawyers are servants of the court] not you
the beatup of a plant being a frug is absurd
[ask the courts if willow bark [containing the drug asprin ] is a drug ;clearly it is not it is bark ,but hemp plants roots and all are by taxinomic lie
''DEEMED to be a drug ,[not by a scientist , but a biotanist [what has botany to do with drugs?
wake up on this folks
hemp is the tree of life from revelations 22 ,we know the 12 fruits of revelations is really 30,000 but who would have belierved that [right ]
read issiah smoking flax [hemp /dope /cannabis ] he would not quench [jesus is one of us
see the burning bush , see in numbers ''make the lamp stands the ''design '' ye saw on the mount [ie its indica bush]
back to issiah , tongs holding the hot coal to his lips [its a roach clip holding the joint ] common dudes
the proof is before you
wake up

Whether it's legal or not that drug is a major pain killer. They might as well make it legal. The harder they try stopping it only
makes it easier to come by these days.

Unfortuanately the decision is going to based on how much money the Gov't can make... To bad this country doesn't base things on what's right and what's wrong. Greed will eventually bring this country to it's knee's, and we are allowing it.

It should be. It would cut down on crime and the government would be able to tax it for extra revenue.
