Could you arrange to have him abducted and sold into slavery...make him work in the wine fields...just keep him there...he's a joke in the U.S.

I don't think it will cause anything important to happen. I think presidents and prime ministers like to meet with each other because it makes it look like they're building unity between their two countries. Meeting with each other is just a polite, sociable thing for heads of state to do. Oftentimes it is not to discuss anything important politically.
