4 days at a time I cycle mine 4 days in 12 days out it takes about 10 days for all the eggs to hatch so I leave one pie pan in for 4 days remove it put it in another tub put a new pan in with the adults for another 4 days and just keep rotating them and when the smaller crickets get about half the size I place them in with the adults since I am not so concerned with ensuring size correctness since all my beardies and other cricket eaters are adults. but if you are concerned because you have various size herps just use extra tubs and like the previous answer said don't forget to keep the potting soil or moss whatever you are using for the females to lay eggs in damp/moist if you don't you can decrease your egg production by 90%. you will be amazed at the money you will save and you can start your own little business to other herp owners even to bait shops. also to help keep smell down take a paper grocery sack or equivalent put about 3 tablespoons of baking powder in it close the top and shake for about 60 seconds then remove and place the towel over the air holes on your tubs it won't so much help with the inside smell (nothing will) but any escaping air is filtered through the baking powder. I do mine in the basement and it used to smell the whole basement up.

Assuming your breeder colony has at least a hundred or so mature crickets I would suggest 4 or 5 days. That time frame worked for me when I used to breed them. Make sure the laying medium remains slightly damp.

they choose warm temperature and humid spot to position the eggs. toddler crickets are very, very small and also you gained't see them. Crickets scent undesirable too. Your astounding wager is to attempt breeding a species of roaches. Dubia are between the more beneficial nicely-known ones. nutrition, water, warm temperature and also you've more beneficial feeders than you may take care of in a remember of months.
