My Dwarf Gourami's pelvic fin was nipped by my pufferfish. It is turning black. Could this be fungus?

I moved the pufferfish to another tank by himself since pufferfish are fin nippers. My Gourami is swimming around the tank leisurely like he usually does.

It happened yesterday afternoon. Do pelvic fins grow back easily?

Probably not, how long ago did this happen? Today, days ago a week.. need a general time frame to give you a better answer.

First of all, you shoudn't have kept the puffer with the gourami at all. But add a tiny pinch of aquarium salt and his fin might grow back within a couple of weeks, maybe a couple of months.
