I had this problem a few years ago--pretty bad--you have to get rid of the grubs in your lawn before the moles will go--believe me I tried everything lol. I put diazonon? not sure if the spelling is right -- in a lawn speader and did the yard. I'm not sure they make that anymore but if you go to your lawn and garden center they can tell you what to use. I haven't had any since then. Good luck!

A good friend of mine told me that pouring ammonia down the mole hole will get rid of them. I have not tried this because I have a persistent cat. The cat will wait for hours by a mole hill, no hole, just the hill, but by the next day I will have another dead mole. The moles have abandoned the property. My friend swears that this will work.

I use two ways.
#1 find a tube or hose that fits over your exhaust pipe. Get the hole opened up and run the hose down the hole. Run your car or truck for 10 to 15 minutes.......dead mole.
#2 get a weed burner for a propane tank with a long handle (3 feet). Open hole to main tunnel and turn on propane for 15 to 20 seconds. Stand away from hole, light weed burner and touch to hole. You will get a small explosion. Concussion will kill mole. GOOD HUNTING!

I just bought some Gopher Bombs and used them a few days ago. I'll have to keep an eye on the area to see if they have worked or not.
