No. As long as the ring's giver and receiver love each other, the origin of the ring doesn't matter. Life is too important to waste it being mad over little things.

no. it's the thought that counts and who cares. the person with the engagement ring is lucky she found some one who loves her enough to buy her a ring.

no i dont care where my ring is from,i dont care how many carats,all i care about is that the man who proposed is sincerely in love with me and wants to spend the rest of his life with me thats the true meaning of the ring.

Not really... it's a symbol. The value and the quality of the diamond shouldn't be as important as the person who gave it to you (or that you gave it to).
