Yes, you can wear a brown shirt black pants and brown shoes, or just turn the same around. Brown and black used to be taboo, now it is the style, it looks very nice and trendy on.

before I would have said NO WAY...but these days pretty much anything goes. you just have to be put together well. some outfits will work and others not so much.. i wore a nice pair of black bermuda shorts and a brown gauze flowy shirt.. i accented color with a little pink cami and and brown sandals it all went well together and I added some pink jewelry also.. it actually went well, you just have to try it out first.

Ive worn black and brown together and they don't look that bad but there are better colours that complement brown and vs. versa...
I think its sorta a bit of a clash between black and brown as they are both dark.
However its not like its like Orange and blue clash its calmer.

Even though most people say that black goes with everything, it's not true. It definitely does not got with brown, and it doesn't go with navy blue either.

Unless they are both in a print, no. Black with brown is so dull, you will look like you're trying to disappear.

no i dont i never wear brown and black together. it looks weird to me some people do it but it doesnt look good thats my opinion u can try it together and see what u think of it

black and brown can be worn together and look great if you keep it simple - black outfit/brown accessories; brown outfit/black accessories=classy. black outfit/brown belt/black shoes/brown purse= disaster.

I've seen it in animal print but solids...I don't know about that. Depends on how dark the brown was.
