You haven't been taking care of yourself and being careful while having sex. To even THINK the withdrawal method is an effective form of birth control is simply ignorant. Just because you've lucked up thus far doesn't mean you won't slip up in the future. If you don't want children, use an effective form of birth control. I highly recommend you visit a doctor in the near future so as to educate yourself on the subject. Best wishes!

It is true that withdrawal isn't the most effective birth control method, but it does significantly lower the risk to about 70% effectiveness, whereas the pill is about 95%. This is also the method that my husband and I have used for the past few years and it worked for us until we started trying. I like using it because we are in a stable relationship, and a baby would have always been a nice surprise if it happened. I also like it because when we started trying we didn't have to wait for birth control hormones to wear off. I got pregnant within three months of trying.

My husband and I used the withdrawal method for 10 years without getting pregnant. When we were ready to try for a baby I was afraid that something was wrong because in 10 years I never even had a pregnancy scare or anything. We only had to try for 6 months before I got pregnant.

The withdrawal method works if you have a regular period like I did. I would also use ovulation sticks occassionally to make sure that I wasn't ovulating before we had sex.

It's not 100% have you used any other methods of birth control? If you haven't and haven't gotten pregnant before you might just be lucky. If you're overweight or have thyroid problems you might also want to look into possible fertility problems. If you after you've been trying for six months and you're still not pregnant then you might want to get checked out by an infertility specialist.

It is very true I have a four year old to prove it.....My hubby and I used the very same method and i still got pregnant.....There isnt mothing wrong with you.....Your hubbies sperm might not be that potent(so to speak).......Dont freak out I am a firm believer that when it is time for you to get pregnant and have a baby nothing will stop it.....My hubby and I also have a six year old that we used protection and I was on birth control.....So when it is your time nothing can stop it.......Hope that helps

the possibility of having pregnant without delivery administration is approximately 8%, the pull-out approach isn't very valuable and in case you do no longer opt to get pregnant then you definately in all risk shouldn't place self belief in it. each and every little thing which you have basically defined is concept, there are components that say that precum can comprise sperm (little or no) and a few components say none in any respect.

i'm not 100% positive on this but, you CAN get pregnant from pre ***.....it does have sperm in it.....it's probably not very likely though....i mean...i also heard from my brother-in-law (he works in lab at a hospital) that it takes 5 days for sperm to fully form and be in their best possible shape for this long journey.....if you want to get pregnant try to have sex two-ish weeks after your period....and it would be best if hubby didn't ejaculate for around 5 days before the planned time.....on the other hand...don't want kids....birth control works wonders....also if you don't want to deal with periods every month....try the new stuff that only gives you like 4 periods a year!!! great stuff!!

withdrawl method and/or the rhythm method are both unreliable. Pre-*** does have sperm in it and can possibly get you pregnant. I would not be worried about anything being "wrong with you" If you are over 30 and have been trying for 6+ months without please results consult your OB/GYN.

The failure rate of the withdrawal method is about 27-31% each year. It's still more effective than using nothing (which has an 80% "failure" rate), but if you don't want kids now, I'd suggest a more reliable method of birth control.

its true pre*** has sperm in it, there could be a number of reasons why you didnt get pregant.. The best thing to do if you are looking to get pregnant now is use an online fertility calculator. IF you are still having problems in a year then you need to consult your doctor
