If you're going to say that rap is the best music ever, don't forget to mention all of the music that rap came from: Disco, House, Techno, Synth-pop & Jazz. Give those genres credit and your statement is valid my friend.

I think rap has its place within music, however rappers shouldn't ignore other styles - I think the very best rap music has a good backing track that isn't just lifted from someone else's work - and isn't just a 4 bar loop repeated 60 times.

Sorry chum it wont. even though it is your hate that fuels the fireplace of rappers to save doing what they do. Rappers continuously communicate about haters, and also you seem to be one in each of them. if you're so choosy about music, purchase some cds, or acquire the things you want, stop turning on the radio, fairly to the rap channels. substitute the television channel whenever you observe it. Its common, yet once again sorry, rap wont die.

Music has three parts: rhythm, melody, and harmony. Rap has No melody. without melody, there is no harmony. All rap is, is words spoken to a certain rhythm. That is not music.

I would not say the BEST music.
Much is good, much is awful.
I like the new Ludacrist, I feel like slapping someone today...
I especially like the cd Two Fast, Two Furious.

Rap music sucks, except for the beastie boys, vanilla ice, and mc hammer. Whoever likes rap is stupid!!

Blues is better, but either way both are black music and black music is best (gospel, blues, jazz, hip hop)
