Computers rarely come with one of those built-in unless you bought a computer intended for use as a multimedia center. But you would start by looking at the back of your computer to see if there is a place to plug in a TV. Most likely you'll have to buy a card and install it.

in the back, you will have a cable input jack. you can buy one if you dont have one. they ernt that much.
