if its a skinny pant wear black flats. if its bit more open then try a peep toe heel (in black ...always focus on the black). The wider the pant leg the chunkier or bigger the shoe/heel can be.

I think ethier would look fine.. but I would pick the black shoes that way they stand out againts the white pants plus they would bring a bit of the black from the shirt down and my opinion tie the outfit togehter..

I would wear red shoes with that outfit. I wouldn't be caught dead in white shoes, so that leaves the black ones if you don't have red. No offense about the white shoes, I have issues. Nice outfit by the way.
