Hate to tell you this but Gyros isn't mexican. It's Greek. And Lasagna isn't Mexican. It's Italian, homie.
And my favorite mexican food is chiles rellenos.

I would have to say a nice fat shredded beef burrito from the little restaurant in the square near me... fresh!!

okay not sure how Gyros and Lasagne got into the mexican food equation, but I like anything I make, especially enchiladas.
