i get leg cramps all the time for no reason, sometimes i wake up with them, sometimes i get them when i stand, i dont know why, i just started getting them like this week and im only 15

Try vitamin E. It's effective.

Calcium help reduce cramping. Also lots of water, it helps flush the muscle of the chemical that induces cramps. Also look at what activities your doing before your legs cramp. You may need to stretch a little more to help the muscle remain flexible

Sounds like you are deficient in magnesium (Mg), calcium (Ca) and Vitamin B6. Mg, Ca and Vitamin B6 supplements may help.

same with me and im 14 just drink lots of water it helps
