I'm sorry to say I am not sure about places right IN Boston, but if you are willing to travel a bit outside the city, on the North Shore of MA, in Danvers is a place called The Hardcover, it's a very nice place, and one of their speciality dishes is Beef Wellington. All of their other options are very nice as well. Again, depends if you are up for the drive! Their menu is on their website, as well as directions, which I linked below.
