I would help anyone who needs help cross the street and hope that someone would do the same for me.

Yeah sure. Just ask them first because some elderly people will get pissed or worse if ya just grab there arm and dart across the street.

Yes, in a nanosecond. I did yesterday actually. But you should always ask them first, or only help people you know or see often. It is true that someone you don't know may not want your help, or may assume you mean them harm. There are some spitfire elderly people out there... :D

i would because at end of the day
i would like too think some1 would help my elderly gran if she was struggling too cross the street.
also the elderley woman/man could have nice young single daughter or niece,or granddaugher (over age of 18)
soo i could be in with a shout!

Although, always ask first. Some elderly people like to be as independent as possible.

If they were having trouble, or asked me - for sure. I don't think I would approach a capable looking elderly person though - It might offend them, and I would feel weird and random.

hhhmmm havent seen a lotta elderly attempting to circulate in view that boys scouts have been given performed out noi could get beat down with a pocketbook yeah that genuine i pronounced it pocketbook no longer handbag

Only if they wanted me to. Some elderly people have a lot of pride and don't want to seem helpless.
