I want to set up an Ad Hoc network between my tower computer (has internet) and my laptop (does not have internet) so i can use the internet on my laptop via wifi thought the tower. My laptop says it has an ad hoc connection with the tower. My tower does not recognize that the laptop is there. Noramly i would be able to do this but my tower is Vista and my laptop is xp. I need to access internet and printer sharing though the tower, via my laptop. I some one can show me how to do this without a router i would be greatful.
