When i drive over, say 30mph, i feel the car shudder a little from time to time, especially when driving uphill i think... i can feel this through the pedal and the especially the steering wheel... any expert who knows what this is?

Check your fuel filter. I had that problem and the filter was normal for flat land use but going uphill you need a little more gas to maintain power and it was plugged just enough that it restricted a little gas and I got a shudder.

Sounds like a front end suspension problem. Alignment maybe. Bad ball joints.
