With all in the movies (because i wasnt born) this is what i see
70's: an Era were Hippies ruled over monarchy and democracy
80's: Televison became a persons liife. people dancing with a finger of love and an afro.
90's: Era of clinton and Technology, Computers started to advance and life as we know it started to become better.
2000-2007's: Life has gotten harder when we cant trust anyone, First 9/11 then The Wars in the middle east Segregation has become more realistic.
I would personaly choose 90's because of how much easier it was to get along in the world and how much easier you could walk down a street without some one staring to yelling a racial slur.

80's baby!! Mom and Dad flip the bills, summer in the sun, staying out late and sleeping in even later. AND Ofcourse, the fashion flashbacks.
