Cannot remember that they had a regular guest...looked up on Wikipedia and it mentions that they had various guests, including: Elke Brooks, Manhattan Transfer, Barbara Dickson, Phil Collins and Elaine Paige...but nothing about a trio on a regular appearance...

they were an australian trio called new world.
they had a top 10 single called tom,tom,turnaround in the 70s.
