get a good civil rights lawyer, a real shark, and appeal to the states supreme court. I should worn you that it can take years. you should have sufficient prove that there was misbehavior on the part of one or more of the actors of the system or a due process violation. Good luck! and don't forget that the system can be bent both ways...

I judicial ruling is only given if you have waived your right to a jury trial. This was likely done at the initial hearing and will be documented in the court records. If you are unhappy with the judicial ruling, then you can appeal to the next higher court. Circuit Courts are the lowest, the next is Superior Courts, then District Courts. You can appeal on the grounds that you did not fully understand your rights when you did waive them. I hope that helps some.

The court of judicial misconduct, If you have one in your state and they will listen (they are political hacks in NY). If not then get a constitutional lawyer. They are harder to find and cost more. After your trial you can appeal to a higher court but the process is lenthy, confusing and expensive.

you have no one to report to, the courts are final arbiters, at least the federal supreme court is.

If a state court violated your rights, you can ask a federal court to get involved, but if its a federal court that did this, then all you can do is appeal to the appealte courts. If they rule against you, then your only hope is that the supreme court grants review, but if they dont grant review or rule against you, then you are all done.

You just go to a higher court. You appeal your case and go to a higher court. If it goes to the supreme and you feel like your rights were violated well then your SCREWED!
