i have 35 notes 2 hearts with both woody and joe and a level 3 home 10 hearts with alex and woody wont sell it to me. plz HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do you have plenty of money over 10,000g
then you can only build up your original house otherwise it doesn't count for some reason.
