oh I have really long eyelashes I might add and I have an eyelash curler...maybe I'm not using it right but it doesn't seem to make a difference...unless they are curled naturally?

use white eyeliner on your bottom lid. it gives the opposite effect of wearing black eyeliner, kinda making them pop.

You can use fake eyelashes or a really good mascara. That'll give the eye a more open look. You are use black (liquid) eyeliner across the whole top lid, but only halfway on the bottom lid. You can also make a "cat-eye" with the liner, which gives the appearance of a more open eye.

But, do NOT put eyeliner in the inner rim of your eye (kohl lining). This makes the eye look a lot smaller.

use mascara and a little extra eyeliner, depending on what color aye you have, try some eyeshadow.

brown:greens or silvers [purple if ur daring]
green:silver blue or brown
blue:green purple or blue
hazel: light colors; pinks whites

put some light pinkish creme on your eyelid and use a brush to fade into brow, add a darker color of your choice, put a little on your lid and used brush again to fade to just a little above the crease and put some below your lower lashes.

eyelash curlers only work if you have mascara on and it's still semiwet...good luck

1) Curl your lashes. Apply a coat of lengthening mascara & one coat of volumizing mascara.

2) Wear eyeliner against your upper lash line only. Apply white pencil liner on the inner part of your lower lid.

3) Consider false eye lashes.

4) Groom your brows so they frame your eyes well. You can go to a salon & have them professionally done. Then you can maintain the shape at home.

use mascara (same color they are now....example, if you have light brown hair, dont use black mascara. instead use more of a lighter brown mascara). also, use kohl/eyeliner and line the top lid (like you would usually, just the part directly around your eye) and about half of your lower lid, getting fainter/thinner as you go inward. this will draw attention to your eyes and cause them to look bigger as people will focus much more attention on them.

try using eye widener. also, when using eyeliner, DON'T line all the way around. it makes them look smaller.
