Do you keep these in the fridge or the cupboard?

Only keep the ketchup in the fridge, everything else in the cupboard.

I buy my bread fresh every other day; only when I know I can't make it to the store for a few days I sometimes buy an extra loaf and put it in the fridge until the first one runs out. Then I take it out and keep it out; I hate cold bread or having to wait before eating my sandwich!
