Well, I hated wearing socks since I was a kid, and it depends on what brand of sneakers I am wearing sockless. The cloth sneakers don't make my feet stink that bad; however if I wear canvas sneakers, then my feet will stink so bad I can't stand the smell myself. One year I had to take my Converse sneakers off, to get weighed at the doctor's office and I was having asthma problems very bed, and when I took off my sneakers, the smell smelled up the whole hallway, and I was a little bit embnarassed, from my stinky sneakers and feet. Now I am a liite bit more careful at the doctor's office.

You would get used to socks. No matter how many procedures you have done to make your feet sweat less and no matter how much shoe freshener you use, shoes will still be the perfect place for bacteria to live and grow. Even if you tried to disinfect them, they are dark, warm, and damp, which spells b-r-e-e-d-i-n-g-g-r-o-u-n-d for fungi and bacteria. That's why your feet stink. Sorry.
