I have a windows XP (P 4) having a Intel R 8254G/GL/GE/PE/GV... graphic card and i want to replace it with ATI pro 128Mb card so that i can set up two monitors. But when i put this new card in the monitor doesn't display anything.Can you help me so that i can set up a dual monitor in the computer with the ATI graphic cards

Try enabling the graphics card in the BIOS. Restart and enter BIOS usually by pressing 'del' or 'F1'. There should be a setting to switch between your primary graphics card.
Also, if you right click desktop, choose properties, select settings tab, make sure you have your second monitor enabled from here. ie Extend desktop to this monitor.
