It's called "Pinkey finger syndrome". It's a nerves system disorder that keeps the pinkey fingers extended and twitching when typing that causes the shift key to keep being pressed.

i don't know. one time some girl asked a question like that and i answered, then after my answer, i put WhY dO yOu TyPe LiKe ThIs? and she sent me an angry email. then i emailed her back saying to calm down and stuff. it was really funny!
