I'm a freshman and would like to take up modeling- do you think i would work?

It sounds like it. But they'll have to see your pics to know for sure, and then they'll have to meet you. I never even made it to interview, through email they told me I was too short. (I suppose so, I'm only 5'2") The best way to find out for sure is just to find an agency and email them or go in for open call. Then you'll know for sure from the experts. Good luck! I wish you the best in your "quest to be a model" =)

It depends. If you want to do catwalk and "white" modeling then you need to lose 30 lbs. If you think you would look like a stick, that is exactly what they are going for. If you want to do urban and local modeling, you probably need to lose 15 lbs. and care more about your bottom than your top. Some athletic ads/magazines might hire you.
