Hey,I'm still "unpopular"but I'm also still in school. But the best thing I've gotta say for loners is yah know what?Screw "popular"
people.I want to see how far some of them will get with all their failing grades that some of their rich parents pay them out of.
It's unfair to you when you're little and you have to be considered a "loner/geek" but if you stay strong and try your hardest to pull through then maybe you're older you'll make something out of yourself rather than have your parents or family members pay for you.To me being popular isn't bullying around other people and having a billion friends whos names you don't even know.To me being popular is having a few friends to help keep you stable, sometimes some friends are just not worth it.

I had a lot of friends so I don't think I felt unpopular but I was a loner.

I didn't try to get as much Friends as possible. And I didn't really give a crap about be Ms. Popularity. I just had close friends. But I guess you could say I might have been a loner.

As a child I was very 'popular'. Not popular in middle school but I got popular again in high school but I didn't care anymore by then. I was only popular in high school because I was "cool" and "different" because I was one of the only kids with piercings and dyed hair. It was the early 90s before that stuff got really typical.

i was the only child growing up and i was the only child in my neighborhood, so it wasnt like i chose to be a loner - it just sorta happened. i dont care about popularity anyway - its how you feel on the inside, not about what makes you 'you' on the outside that should rate you.

Yup! I was much more than just a loner in 3rd grade... I was the smartest kid in class, so I was a little pompous, and I did a lot of nasty things...

Elementary school, definitely. I was the "have some close friends" type, but that friend decided I wasn't good enough and dropped me really quickly for another group.

Middle and high school, not really, I had/have friends. I just feel lonely sometimes because of all the honors classes I took! :)

I was a loner, but I knew everyone. It didn't really matter to me though. I had close friends and that's all that mattered.

Didn't "feel" like it. I knew I was.

In response, I became a loner.
