Not me

Maybe on Star Trek; Quantum Leap; The Outer Limits; The Twilight Zone; Stargate- SG 1; Stargate – Atlantis; Sliders; Battlestar Gallactica; Third Rock From the Sun; Mork and Mindy; the movies or any of those other TV shows that one has the ability to travel to other dimensions or worlds.
I’m sure in some world in some dimension, in some galaxy, far, far away, the Lions are the league standard and have numerous Super Bowl victories.
However, on this 3rd rock from the sun (pun intended); I still don’t think they, the owners, want to win games and go to and win the Super Bowl.
I think they’re content with just keeping the stadium seats filled and making a profit.
I really would like to be wrong.
With the addition of Calvin Johnson they may be able to put enough points on the board to compensate for their weak D.
They drafted D players and from what I read, a pretty good QB in Drew Stanton.
Nothing against Kitna but he doesn’t seem to be the one to get them there.
Maybe the addition of CJ will give him more options in the passing game.
Maybe the new guy (QB) can do better.
Maybe…

They have as much chance as Sister Mary Margaret School of the Blind college football team winning it all.

Seriously this is the worst managed team in the league with a GM that couldnt take a Madden 07 team to the superbowl on francise mode if he controlled every team and stockpiled all the talent on the Lions.

Have some really nice players but leadership starts at the top and the Fords and Millen are horrible. So sorry Lions fans enjo Kitna's mediocrity and your porous defense.

Each professional football team is allotted a certain amount of SuperBowl tickets each year, so in that sense, SOME of the Lions will go to the SuperBowl this year. But as far as the entire team Playing in the SuperBowl ?
That won't happen until the Fords sell the team to someone who is willing to make a serious commitment to building a winning football team.

It definitely hurts me to say it, but there is no chance. I like the offseason they had, but there is a LONG way to go. When you've won 1 playoff game in 50 years, there is only one thing that can be the problem: Ownership. Until the Fords sell, the Lions will never be good, and I put the odds of them selling about the same as them making the SuperBowl this year: Zero!

Nobody
Matt Millen must have caught the president of the lions doing something wrong cause he is doing a terrible job
he has had a top 5 pick for the last how many years and is there anyone of them even starting for the lions.
they haven't picked up any Big name free agents and if you know your team is bad then you need to start to build a inoffensive line because that is were the game is won
so no i don't think they will win more than 4 games again this year
but they will have a good draft pick.

Is this some kind of a joke question? The Lions drafted another WR in the 1st round. Matt Millen still hasn't learned his lesson from wasting 3 previous picks on WRs. Detroit will be in the top 10 again next year.

If the lions would stop focusing on their offense, which is still not productive and concentrate on building a defense than they will have a chance, just look at the Ravens. Offense is average at best, but they have a great defense. They consistently make it to the playoffs and have won the Super Bowl as well.

No, they don't have a realistic shot this year. In 4-5 years, I can see them in the playoffs. With Stanton at QB, he has Calvin Johnson and Roy Williams to throw to while he can hand the ball of to Darren McFadden (Lions won't do good this year so they'll draft him) to run the football and they'll have to do something on defense in the FA.

Not me they did improve a lot in the draft and free agency but I don't think there defense is close to good enough to get them there they lack a franchise quarterback as well and I don't think they'll do too well I predict around 6-10 or 7-9
