YES. I would love to have plastic surgery. Just can't afford it right now.
My husband always says I don't need anythign done, but its my body and I will feel better about my body image if I can ever afford to do this.

Nah, there are a few things I could live without but not enough to actually want to go through surgery to take care of it.

Yeah! If I knew it would be safe and look 100% natural.
I want lipo (without the pain lol) and my nose made a bit smaller and when I'm older I want a face lift or something.
I'm not vain I'm just selfconscious :p

No. I think I'd only accept this type of surgery if I was deformed or scarred badly in an accident or something like that. Otherwise I think it... well its just not for me.
