Depends if the world kissed my fat white behind before I left. If I died just to save the world and the world didnt give a rats @ss about me then to heck with them. Hell, even a criminal on death row gets a good last meal of choice.

Well I'd die anyway (if the earth doesn't make it I won't survive either way). So the question is: Will I die alone or take everyone else with me??Mwahahaha.......

we wouldn't even have a chance or a choice to make that decision for ourselves. if some alien race says if such and such dies your planet will be spared. every person would go crazy trying to find you and execute you on the spot. you wouldn't be a hero you would be unfortunate victim that saved the planet. now if i must volunteer then i would make sure that my family is well provided for the rest on their lives and the next four generations afterward i then would do every activity, have lots of sex, eat and visit every place that i ever wanted to visit, and then I'd do it.

Let's see...I'm damned if I do, and damned if I don't, right? I die no matter what, so....what's the point? I think I'd not, because I want to stick around at least long enough to watch my evil co-workers burn in the hot lava!

I don't think so. Of course, it would be a different story if someone was really put in that position. I have a feeling that half of the people that said yes wouldn't really do it.

Well i would say yes even though i don't want to loose my life. That would be my mom, sisters, brothers, children, and family life's all taken just because i wouldn't sacrifice myself for them. They can keep the family generation going on and killing all those people......even the good ones....just because you don't want to do it is kind've shelfish.

i think we should all be willing to step up under those circumstances. how selfish would that be to kill billions of people that you could've saved by sacrificing yourself... so to answer your question, yes i would.
