Leaving the country may be the most purpose, no longer the effective. If human beings couldn't discover the money for the prices to come back in legally, what makes Washington imagine that they're going to pay those new fines? it will in simple terms save human beings underground, and settle on no longer some thing. possibly a better perfect answer might want to be to allow criminal immigrants to make a deposit, of say, $500, and at the same time as they get the following, make familiar funds over the subsequent 3-5 years to pay the immigration prices in finished. that could make better experience, better conceivable, and inspire human beings to do issues the right way.
