She is definitely going to serve jail time because her attorney said that she has withdrawn her appeal against doing jailtime when she heard that her sentence was halved from 45 to 23 days. That 23 days which is now considered her actual jaitime, can again be halved to 11 or 12 days if she behaves well in jail.

We additionally laughed on the thought she thinks that she's being singled out for punishment. Yeah genuine. She's getting a similar punishment as the different criminal who did a similar ingredient. and he or she might purely could serve a million/2 of her sentance!!! Oh my gosh, she could could circulate 3 entire WEEKS without a nail submitting, pedicure, and gormet nutrition. What a great thought for a real ordinary existence.

Maybe a few hours; they are likely to bounce her out the same way they did actress Michelle Rodriguez (who was to serve 90 days for her 2nd DUI) due to jail overcrowding and needing the space for "hard core" criminals (i.e. dangerous felons and poor people who could not afford good lawyers).

I wouldn't call any of it 'serving a sentence' - she's been segregated from the other inmates (I wonder why), so she has her own 'cell' and her own routine, so I guess she isn't living the life of a prisoner in any way. Clearly, money talks - even in prison!
