ok please is there a program that can at least get u free dial up, or is there a way to cheat on the dial up providers,,,,,or something please.......

Yes, there are several free dial-up providers with different set ups.
Some have a set number of times you use it or they limit the number of hours.
Some give you free usage in return for loading you up with ads and free offers.
There are even free cable and DSL providers.

There is and I have tried it, but that's the rub. They usually only have 4 access numbers and they are always busy. After a few months of Earthlink dialup and getting fed up at pages timing out before they even finished loading I got Clearwire as my ISP.

I'm sorry, I don't think there's an easy way to get internet for free. Sounds like the time has come for a broadband flatrate. Maybe you can use public internet access at libraries or something like that.

No, it has to dial to somewhere. pref an ISP.
