i have washed my hand 6x, dissinfected them 2x and used 3 different lotions

This will sound wierd, but try it...take a stainless steel spoon, put liquid soap on your hands and rub your hands together with the spoon between your hands for a minute or so, rinse well. There is something in the stainless steel that removes odor from your hands. I use this when my family has Crab and Crawfish cookouts, it works every time. Good Luck!

The other posters ideas should work to remove the smell or at least cover it up. Here's how to avoid the problem in the future. Nitrile gloves should work better than the latex gloves. If you can't use the nitrile gloves, double glove your hands. Try changing your gloves more often too. I think that you're getting a small leak in your gloves. Your hand should only smell like the latex, (which doesn't smell all that great, but it will not last too long

Formaldehyde is a known carcinogen. Use Gojo orange.

Bleach is the only thing that will work. Wash your hands in bleach.If you have sensitive skin don't.

Take fresh lemons and cut them in half... then rub them on your hands... fresh lemon juice will take the smell away.
