My favorite is the Triple Seven Brew Club & Restaurant at Main Street Station, after midnight draws are $1 - If you're looking for a great, inexpensive steak dinner this is the place.
Another good spot is the Brew Club at the Monte Carlo

Drinks are cheap no matter where you are in Vegas. As long as you stay in the casinos, they'll be cheap drinks around. Casinos want you to stay in the casino and deposit your money in their machines, not at the bar so the drinks are cheap!

Honestly sit in front of a Slot Machine and pretend you're playing but if you don't want to do that, go to DOWNTOWN!!
