People I haven't seen in over a decade have been finding me through Myspace and Friendster. I like using it because it's like going to a high school reunion and finding out about everyone's lives since graduation without going through the awkward conversations. It probably is best for the 30 years and under crowd - my husband who is older has tried locating friends through there but hasn't had much luck.

The best free site is People Search. I have found family members lost for years. The best advise is to keep posting anywhere or anywhere. Luck to you

No website will 'tell you' about your aunt..... it may give basic factual data/information about birth, marriage, death as so far as dates, place etc but it will not tell you 'about' your aunt......the people to ask are your family who knew her and it may surprise you but it is often nice for people to be able to talk about their family they lost...yes they may cry it is a human emotion and yes they may feel sad a losing this person............. However it doesn't mean they don't wish to talk about them............. if anyone asked about my dad it would upset me, but it would also be balanced with the facts that this person didn't know my dad and was interested to know and that would make me very proud to be able to tell them.................... get out the old photo albums and sit down and ask, just be sensitive to feelings but never be scared or misinterpret those feelings as eg. human beings we can cry and be happy.................
