Yep... It's amazingly easy to get around a speeding fine produced by a roadside camera.
Use this letter; it does work. Best of luck should you have to try. Unless you've been doing something really stupid (100 miles an hour in a thirty limit sort of stupid) most police forces will drop the case there and then.

Registration:

Dear Chief Constable,

Further to the above Notice of Intended Prosecution, I can confirm that the following individual was driving the above vehicle at the time of the alleged motoring offence:

(Insert all details asked for on the NIP here, including name, address, DOB and driver number.)

As this statement is provided under threat of criminal penalty (Funke v France) and as I have not received the caution required by paragraph 10.1 of PACE Code C (Mawdesley -v- the Chief Constable of Cheshire (2004) 1 All E.R. 58), I make this statement on the express understanding that it shall not be used or disclosed in any proceedings of whatever nature against myself.

Yours Sincerely

I have had 3 parking tickets over last few years and beaten the system on each occasion.
I know the law and local authorities can't be bothered to complt with it assuming they know it.
My next project is to prove that nursing home charges should be the responsibility of the NHS but I may need Help with this one.
Any QC out there prepared to assist for the good of the people.(and me)

Every Country that has fought for independence has!

Unfortunately they then elect governments that introduce another system which is equally as bad if not worse and end up fighting that!!!

People do fight and win..... it's just never happened to me!

You could say my son did, when he was 16. Nine offences relating to driving and walked out of court having been found completely innocent on all counts.
